Anima – changes from Thursday 18 April
From next Thursday (18 April), we will be moving to a total digital triage system using our Anima platform.
This means that every patient contact will be processed through Anima, whether you contact us online, on the phone or in person.
We are asking patients who can, to contact us through Anima so we can keep our phone lines and reception team free to help patients who are unable to use online systems.
Using Anima means you don’t have to wait in a call queue and you can submit your request when it is convenient for you. You will then receive a response from the practice via email or text message with the outcome of your request. There is no need to phone the practice once your request has been submitted as you can track the progress of your request via your Anima account.
